Placing an Order
1. How do I place an order?
Choose the desired items and add to cart. Once you have selected all items, review your cart and proceed to check out.
You will recieve a confirmation email once the order is successfully processed.
2. How do I cancel or modify my order?
In order to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to modify or cancel your order after 24 hours of you placing the order with us.To make changes to your order, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org

5. The item I want is shows pre-order/out of stock. How can I get it?
You may also contact your local store to check availability if you would like to purchase the order immediately. Both our stores and Customer Service Team will need an item number/product code to confirm availability.

Tracking My Order
1. How do I check my order status?
To check the status of your order, you may log into your account and click on ‘View Your Order History’. Your order status will be updated in 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order.
2. How will I know that you recieved my order?
A confirmation email will be sent to you within 10 minutes when：Your order has been received, or
Your shipment has been processed. Please ensure that the email you provide is valid.
3. I did not recieve a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam to verify if you got the email in spam. Then check your email spam filter, and select goldeneaglejamaica.com as a trusted website domain in your spam filter.

1. How will I recieve my order?

2. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
General shipping time is 48 business days after your order has been received and processed. Note that some orders may be delivered before or after this stipulated time frame. This does not include weekends and public holidays.
3. How does in store-pick up work?
When you select the in pick up option while going through the checkout process, you will recieve an email notification advising you once your order is ready for pick up.
Once the package is recieved you can collect it at the local store. You will need to provide identification along with the order number in order to ensure you are collecting the correct order.
